The
Royal Crown Players will present
“the funniest farce ever written",
Noises Off by Michael Frayn this November.
This riotous play-within-a-play follows the on/off-stage antics
of an inept British touring company, as they stumble from
disorganized dress rehearsal to disastrous closing night of the
comedy Nothing On. Everything that can go wrong does, as
the company desperately tries to hang onto its lines, the
performance and the furniture…resulting in an exhilarating
descent into chaos.
The show runs November 20 through
November 22, 2008.
Students interested in
auditioning will find information in the "Rehearsals" section of
this site or by
clicking here.
The
spring musical will be composer Claude-Michel Schönberg
and lyricist Alain Boublil's, Miss Saigon the team that
penned "Les Misérables". This will surely be the most ambitious
production produced by RCP since the 2003 production of Les Miz.
More information will be available in the fall.
